The Journal of Thelemic Studies promovira radove thelemitskih autora s ciljem prikaza moderne thelemitske kulture. Okvir radova nije definiran niti jednom ideologijom koje pronalazimo u modernoj Thelemi; pravo na objavu rada imaju svi autori, čak i oni suprotnih pogleda.

Prvo izdanje sadrži esej Geralda del Campa o etici ljubavi, Erwina Hessela o etici u Thelemi, IAO131 piše o Budizmu i Thelemi, zatim radovi T Polyphilusa, Ash Bowiea i mnogih drugih.
